At Siren Air, every item is crafted and packaged with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges & returns within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, please email us at info@sirenair.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and custom nature of these items, all oils are final sale. Each oil is made to order, intentionally blessed, and cannot be restocked for sanitary and energetic reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@sirenair.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right as swiftly as possible.
