The “I Am Confident” Intention Oil is created as a focal point for moments when you want to reconnect with certainty in yourself and how you move through your life.

Apply a small amount to wrists or neck and take a moment to settle your attention. Let your focus move away from doubt and into the feeling of already standing in your confidence. Stay with that state for a few minutes, allowing it to settle into your awareness. This oil may also be used on personal objects such as jewelry, gemstones, or vision boards as a way of reinforcing intention.
